When dealing with a crashed hard drive we are faced with two separate problems each with an interlocking urgency. Obviously we want to get our laptop or desktop computer back to full operating condition. In order to do this we must reload our Windows operating system. But, reloading our version of Windows will erase any file stored on our computer’s hard drive. This means losing perhaps years of correspondence, personal records, and precious digital photographs. Before we can reload the operating system we must deal with the first problem of needing to rescue data stored on our computer’s hard drive. For this we use FileFinder. FileFinder will start up a Microsoft operated PC even if it has a logic crashed hard drive and open for you that computer’s files. Our program will assist you in copying from your crashed hard drive any or all files stored on it. Once you copy your records onto an external hard drive or a simple USB flash drive, you are free to reload Windows and return your PC to the land of the living.
