When we think of needing to recover hard drive files unfortunately we are usually referencing a situation wherein we have incurred the failure of our computer’s internal hard drive. In 99% of all cases, this is the result of a logic crash. A logic crash is a situation in which essential files used to open our computer’s hard drive and search through that drive for specific information are lost due to mechanical or data transfer error. Mechanical failure resulting in a logic crash is extremely common, when using a laptop computer. Basically all that this means is that during the process of saving or accessing a file our laptop computer was bumped a little too hard and this resulted in coded embedded data being distorted.
When dealing with desktop computers, most logic crashes are the result of interruption of power during startup or shut down. When power is lost during either of these two phases, crucial operational files are often overwritten onto themselves inaccurately. In any situation where our computer hard drive has shut down, the first task we must deal with is to recover hard drive files. Yes a hard drive crash will result in our computer been unable to load Windows and is best repaired by reinstalling our Windows operating system. But, before we can do this, we will want to rescue any and all of our important files that were previously stored on the computer hard drive. Once we reload Windows, these files will be deleted and the process of recovering them will be tenfold as difficult. We recover these hard disk files simply by loading onto our computer File Finder. File Finder has a special function which allows us to start up any Windows based computer that will not load due to a crashed hard drive resulting in either a Windows error screen or a lockup or freeze during computer startup.
