Hard drive file recovery has recently taken a giant leap forward with the introduction of FileFinder into the marketplace. Prior to the creation of our software, the only way one could retrieve any digital information from a crashed PC that would not start up and load Windows, was to remove that computer’s internal disk and connect it with cables to another PC. On to that second technician PC one would have had to load recovery software. That program could then be used to scan the crashed system and locate on that drive all of the stored data.
Once found, these files including those which were deleted can be saved to safe external storage such as a USB flash drive. While it was and still remains possible to rescue data in this manner, the process itself is rather difficult and above the capabilities of the average computer user. Our application makes hard drive file recovery possible for anyone. All you need to do is burn the special recovery disc with the installation package on any spare PC. You then load that disc into the computer from which you need to retrieve lost data. FileFinder will then start up that computer, give you access to its internal disk and direct you in how to simply copy those files to a safe location.
