Recover HDD data in both internal and external drives
When you need to recover hdd data, there are many options available to you. Not all of these data recovery choices will be appealing upon investigation though. The first possibility most people look into is using a hard drive disk recovery service lab. Who wouldn’t want to make their computer troubles go away without touching their PC? But, the reality is that hiring a service company will likely result in more hassle than doing the job of data recovery personally. To begin with, most service labs charge a base fee of well over $100 just to evaluate your PC hard drive. You can expect added to that several hundred and in some cases over one thousand dollars added to the base charge for data recovery. These charges are usually for a number of procedures that your computer doesn’t even need, as PC hardware and hard drives in particular are much more mechanically reliable than in years past. Most “crashed” hard drives on computers that will not start up properly simply have lost a few files that run Windows. All that must be done is to access the perfectly good hard drive, copy the files within and then reload Windows to “fix” the computer in question. Not only are the prices for recovery services outrageous, there is also an issue of privacy. Do you really want to allow access of all your personal photos, emails and financial records to total strangers?
The second option in data recovery is to do it yourself. There are an endless number of programs available for this purpose, but do you know what is involved to use most of them? Standard data recovery programs present you with two rather precarious options. The first is that you can download the recovery software directly to a computer that is operational but contains deleted or lost files. The problem with that is you will likely overwrite the deleted or lost files you wish to recover, making the job extremely difficult or even impossible for lesser quality programs. The other option presented for standard data recovery software is to download the program to a second computer, then to connect your hard drive needing recovery by cables to the 2nd PC. By doing so, you can recover files deleted on a hard drive and not risk overwriting the files within or recover files on a crashed drive. Ordinary data recovery tools hardly qualify as “do it yourself” for most PC owners.
There is however a new way to recover hdd data that surpasses old data recovery methods in every aspect. That way is to use File Finder. File Finder recovery is done by using a special file recovery CD/DVD that you create from the downloaded installation package. As with other data recovery software, it is still recommended that you download the installation package to a second computer, if you are attempting deleted or lost file recovery, to avoid the risk of overwriting the missing files. Once you have created your recovery disc, all you must do is insert it into any PC with files to be recovered, restart the computer and it will run from the built in miniature Windows OS on the disc. This OS and the File Finder recovery program run only from the CD/DVD drive, RAM and the microprocessor, never from the hard drive you need to recover files from.
Basically, using File Finder, you won’t risk overwriting deleted files, you don’t need to touch your hardware and you can even start a computer with a crashed hard drive to access the files within. File Finder is your total recovery solution for Windows PC hard drives, flash drives, memory cards and other digital storage devices.

If your computer will not start up beyond the Windows welcome screen or if you are presented with a blue Windows error screen upon attempting to start your computer, your problem is probably due to a crashed hard drive. This does not mean that your computer’s hard drive has physically broken. Very rarely does the hard drive burn out. In 99% of all cases hard drive failure is due to the loss of important files that are part of the Windows operating system and are used to access all of the files that have been stored on your computer. The process required to replace these missing operating files is extremely simple. All you need to do is reload your version of the Windows operating system. On PCs using Windows XP this is accomplished by installing Windows using the operating system disks which came with your computer. On computers using Windows Vista or the new Windows Seven the original Windows operating system files are safely stored in a special partition on your computer’s hard drive. There is a function known as system recovery that will automatically reload your Windows operating system for you on these computers.
However before you can do this you must find a way to recover crashed hard drive files. If you reload Windows before accessing your drive and copy out the files all of your saved files will be erased. File recovery of a reformatted drive using File Finder is very possible but far more difficult than recovery of your files from a crashed hard drive prior to reformatting. Remember, File Finder will open your crashed hard drive even if Windows will not start on your computer, and if you accidentally reload Windows before recovering your files, the File Finder program will still be able to locate and recover your files after reformatting.
This is why we designed File Finder to load onto your computer by means of the CD/DVD drive. After downloading File Finder onto any friends or spare computer and using that computer to burn the File Finder program onto a disc, you can safely use that disc to start up your computer and load the File Finder recovery program. This is the only way to safely recover crashed hard drive files. Because File Finder is built on a unique miniature Windows operating system and uses that system to run your computer there is never any risk of overwriting files. In fact File Finder does not use your hard drive at all. File Finder loads directly to your computer’s live memory (RAM). From there, File Finder will open your hard drive and search through it to find 95% of all deleted and 100% of all existing files.
One simply loads File Finder through the computers CD drive and selects either a full recovery of the entire hard drive which will be saved to a separate location such as an external hard drive or directs File Finder to scan the hard drive for select files and then saves these files to a simple USB Flash drive. File Finder supports every popular file extension for images, documents and applications, and will work perfectly with any version of Windows. File Finder will even let you sort all of your files and preview many file types before you recover them to safety.
